Parade judge Robin Waters was born and raised in Sonoma County.  As a young adult she started her career in the casino business as a cocktail server in Lake Tahoe and shortly thereafter became a blackjack dealer.  Through many moves around the country she worked her way up in the business to the director level. 

Robin opened Graton Resort & Casino as Table Games Director, a position she currently holds.  Robin is a life-long advocate for women’s rights, LGBTQI equality, and social justice.
