Youth Ambassador Rhiannon Jones – the first openly gay Miss Sonoma County Rihannon is 21 years of age in her senior year at Sonoma State University, studying for Bachelor of Arts Degree in Studio Art with intentions to obtain an advanced degree as a studio arts teacher. She is an outspoken advocate for  Sexual Assault Awareness, Reporting & Recovery She has a Distinguished Community Service Award, Child Development and Education (CTE Works), Advanced Placement United States History, four years of Marching Band Song Chair & Community Service Chair in Phi Sigma Sigma, Secretary of College Republicans, Sonoma State University Equestrian Major Events & Fundraising Chair, Equestrian Instructor with Girl Scouts San Diego and Girl Scouts of Northern California. 

Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, Miss Teen California United States 2017, semi-fluent in French, German and American Sign Language, worked with UC Davis Children’s Hospital, and has volunteered with One At A Time.
